Cheryl Cole is planning to move out of the marital home which she shared with estranged husband, soccer player Ashley Cole.

(BANG) -

Cheryl Cole is planning to move out of her marital home.

The 'Parachute' singer wants to quit the house she shared with estranged husband Ashley Cole in Surrey, South East England - who is alleged to have cheated on her with a string of other women - as soon as possible because it holds too many painful memories.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Cheryl does not want the separation to be a long, drawn-out affair. She wants to find somewhere quickly so she can regain stability and become settled once more.

"If she can't find somewhere she likes she'll consider rented accommodation in the short term."

The news will come as a further blow to soccer star Ashley, 29, who is presently in France receiving treatment for a broken ankle, which has stopped him returning to the UK for crisis talks about his marriage.

Ashley was due to fly home yesterday (09.03.10) but is said to have chosen to stay on at the clinic longer in an attempt to get fit to play for England in the World Cup in South Africa this summer.

A source at the CERS clinic in South West France told the Daily Star newspaper: "He has faced a dreadful dilemma. You could almost say he put England before Cheryl."

Cheryl Cole's friend Brian Friedman wants her to move to Los Angeles so he can find her a new boyfriend.

(BANG) -

Cheryl Cole's friends want to find her an American boyfriend.

Pals of the 'Parachutes' singer - who recently split from her soccer star husband Ashley Cole amid claims he had cheated on her with several women - are determined to help raise her spirits by not letting her stay single for long.

Choreographer Brian Friedman - who works with the Girls Aloud beauty on UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' - told the News of the World newspaper: "She deserves a great guy. Hopefully she'll find him. I don't know Ashley well. I only see him every once in a while at the show, but Cheryl's my friend. So I have her back.

"When news came out about me moving her to LA, I've been getting non-stop contact from top guys in this city asking me to set them up with Cheryl.

"When - or actually if - she is ever ready to date someone, of course I will hook her up."

It has also been claimed that dancer Derek Hough - who was pictured leaving the star's hotel in the early hours of the morning when she fled to the US following her marriage split - is determined to win over Cheryl.

A source said: "He's not used to women saying no to him and plans to use all his charms to win her round."

Cheryl is said to be seriously considering a move to Los Angeles, where she can throw herself into work in order to get over her heartbreak.

Her friend Soulshock - real name Carsten Schack - revealed they chatted about the move when she appeared on Denmark's version of TV talent show 'The X Factor', on Friday (05.03.10).

Soulshock - who is a judge on the programme - told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "I had a good chat to Cheryl for about an hour before the show.

"She didn't want to talk about Ashley. She was speaking about LA and how she really wanted to get back there and start working on new songs.

"Cheryl is using her work as a real focus at the moment. She's a very professional artist and there is nothing that will get in her way."

'Fight for This Love' singer Cheryl Cole is due to fly over to France to meet with her estranged husband Ashley Cole following his alleged infidelities.

(BANG) -

Cheryl Cole is to fly to France to meet her estranged husband Ashley Cole.

The 'Fight for This Love' singer has given in to her soccer star spouse's pleas and agreed to jet over to France - where the 29-year-old sportsman is receiving treatment for a broken ankle - to discuss his alleged affairs and the future of their marriage.

A source said: "Cheryl wants to be tough with Ashley and believes that will be easier on neutral territory."

The 26-year-old pop star dumped Ashley two weeks ago, after it was claimed he had slept with several other women and sent them X-rated text messages and explicit photographs of himself. Cheryl has now agreed to meet with him for just 15 minutes to hear his explanation.

The source added: "She'll listen - but not for very long."

Since Cheryl left him, Ashley has bombarded her with texts and phone calls in a bid to win her back.

He is now even using lines from her songs in an attempt to win her over.

Apparently, one text said: "We've got to fight for this love."

Despite his emotional pleas, Cheryl is determined to stay strong.

Cheryl is now focusing on her career to help her through this difficult time.

A friend of the singer's said: "She is busier than ever and that's how she wants it. It's hard but she's nothing if not a fighter. She has worked hard to get where she is and will not let anything affect her focus."
