Steven Seagal stars as Elijah Kane, who, with his special task force, are in a fight against the group known as 'New Hope' who wish to revitalise segregation. The plot thickens when it is discoverd that Kane's former war veteran sniper is killing innocent people due to suffering from post-traumatic stress so the team must stop a former friend simultanously before anymore innocent lives are lost. Originally a thirteen part television series called TRUE JUSTICE, LETHAL JUSTICE is two episodes of the series released as a film.
