Synopsis
Thomas “Dylan” Popper Jr. (Jim Carrey) is a successful, divorced realtor who is obsessed with his job and has little time to spend with his children – that is until he receives an unexpected inheritance: Captain the gentoo penguin. Popper soon comes to live with a further 5 penguins through a series of hilarious mishaps. Naturally, the penguins cause problems both at home and at work for Popper, forcing the businessman to donate them to the New York Zoo. However, when Popper’s children become enchanted by the mischievous birds he decides to get them back as he too falls in love with the rascally animals. Based on the charming children’s book of the same name, Mr. Popper’s Penguins is a delightful family film that the kids will love.
