Pokemon Ranger - Shadows of Almia

Synopsis

Players are given a whole new way to rescue and protect Pokemon in need in Pokemon Ranger - Shadows of Almia.

Expanding from the usual drop down menus seen in traditional Pokemon titles, Shadows of Almia allows players to interact with Pokemon using the Nintendo DS stylus. Using an item known as the Capture Styler, players capture the Pokemon they want by drawing a circle around them on the DS touch screen. It’s the player’s job to protect these Pokemon from harm and rescue them from any dangers.

As players complete certain quests, the abilities of this Capture Styler will expand, allowing players to add new upgrades and eventually become a Top Ranger. As players work their way towards this ultimate goal, new areas of Almia new to this title will become available. The game is far larger than previous editions, with more missions and further possibilities to explore.

Pokemon Rangers - Shadows of Almia expands on previous Pokemon titles with a richer world to explore. Its original way of capture Pokemon help it to make the process feel fresh once more.
