Synopsis

Bub and Bob join forces once again in this puzzle game that sees the pair stumble across an abandoned spaceship on Nintendo’s 3DS.

Answering a distant cry for help in deep space, puzzle team Bub and Bob find that floods of bubbles sent from distant planets are quickly transforming into hazardous floating debris that threaten the galaxy. When Bob is captured by a mysterious enemy, Bub must work to save his pal and ensure the safety of the galaxy.

As the first Puzzle Bobble game to arrive on Nintendo’s 3D handheld, Puzzle Bobble Universe gives the series an added sense of 3D depth as players smash colourful bubbles together to clear a path during puzzle-based gameplay. More than 80 space stages are available in total that take place across eight colourful worlds. Challenge mode lets players choose from a selection of skill-based missions that offer strict time limits and ability tests.

Puzzle Bobble Universe moves the long-running puzzle series to Nintendo’s 3DS, offering a greater sense of depth to the classic gameplay and brand new stages and environments to play through.
