Synopsis

A whole host of complex puzzle mini-games are bundled together in this portable addition to the Puzzler series.

With the Nintendo DS now found in homes across the world, Nintendo’s handheld is quickly becoming the best place to find accessible puzzle titles. Puzzler World is a collection of puzzle games old and new, with favorites joining more recent puzzles in one collection. Eight different puzzles types have been included in Puzzler World, such as Crossword and Wordsearch, as well as portable takes on spot the difference and Silhouette puzzles. With these eight puzzle types added together, a huge 1200 puzzles are on offer to ensure a bounty of fresh word games after multiple plays.

Utilizing the Nintendo DS touch screen and stylus, players can turn the DS on its side and quickly work through each puzzle with simple menu screens. Players after a quick puzzle fix can select Quickplay to jump directly into a puzzle. Those hoping for a more in-depth play can choose Challenge to play a number of puzzles and unlock bonus content.

Puzzler World squeezes the best the puzzle world has to offer into one portable title, the DS’s touch screen allowing players to work through each challenge with minimal fuss.
