The best and brightest of SEGA’s back catalogue hit the track in this racing game filled with classic SEGA characters and locations.

Rivalled only by Nintendo, SEGA has one of the richest and most well-recognised collections of characters in gaming, spread across titles dating back decades. Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing takes the best of SEGA’s line-up and places them into a colourful arcade racing title. Alongside SEGA staples such as Sonic, Tails and Dr. Eggman, a host of characters taken from classics games Crazy Taxi, Shenmue, Space Channel Five and Super Monkey Ball all make a welcome appearance. Each character has been given their own unique vehicle, with cars, planes and motorbikes all racing together on one track.

Based on well-known SEGA locations from across the company’s long history, each track boasts its own unique feel, taking players from the neon lights of Sonic’s Pinball Highway to the bright shores of Super Monkey Ball’s treetop homeland. Each character also has their own All Star move, allowing players to blitz across the track with unique power-ups.

Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing offers one of the most comprehensive character line-ups seen in a kart racing game, with some surprising faces making a welcome return to SEGA’s titles.
