Synopsis

Weekly UK magazine, Take a Break, makes its first appearance on Nintendo DS with this collection of classic puzzle games.

One of the biggest selling magazines of its kind, Take a Break is well known for its puzzle-based weekly content across the UK. With a selection of puzzle game favourites including Crosswords, Codebreaker and Sudoku, Take a Break’s Puzzle Master challenges players to work through each game on offer and eventually take the accolade of Puzzle Master for themselves. Each puzzle provided offers up to ten separate difficulty settings to ease players into every brainteaser.

As players make their way through each puzzle they will be given access to bonus content and hidden prizes. Player progress is also tracked via a selection of awards and trophies. In Freestyle mode, players are able to attempt each puzzle on offer at their own pace, with hints and tips available that will guide them through each challenge.

Take a Break’s Puzzle Master moves a wide selection of the magazine’s best known puzzles onto Nintendo’s handheld, constantly rewarding players as they complete each challenge.
