Synopsis

The classic puzzle title receives a Nintendo makeover in Tetris Party Deluxe, providing a number of new multiplayer modes and features tailored to Nintendo’s handheld.

Tetris has long been the most renowned puzzle game for games fans across the globe, and Tetris Party Deluxe gives the classic formula an upgrade, offering a host of new multiplayer features alongside more than 20 new puzzle-centric game modes that can be played alone or with friends the world over.

On Nintendo’s DS, Beginner’s Tetris offers players new to the puzzle game a simplified version, providing larger Tetriminos that help make the game’s principles easier to grasp for newcomers. Once ready, players can do battle against a computer opponent, taking advantage of the DS’ dual screens to show both Tetris puzzles at once. 15 levels of difficulty allow players to progress through each stage at their own pace. Players can also compete with other Tetris players locally, or use Nintendo’s Wi-Fi Connection to play against others online in two player turn-based matches.

Tetris Party Deluxe adds a number of choice new features to the beloved puzzle game without altering the classic Tetris gameplay players know and love.
