Synopsis
The cunning penguins from DreamWorks Animation's hit film, Madagascar, were rewarded with their own Nickelodeon television series, and the subsequent video game finds The Penguins of Madagascar once again hatching schemes through three unique episodes. Gamers take control of Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private as they team up or go on solo missions to take advantage of their unique abilities and personalities. There are many stealthy missions spread throughout the three episodes, and all the while the penguins must make use of tools, gadgets, and contraptions to advance through the story. The in-game characters are all voiced by the actors from the television series, and DSi gamers have the bonus of taking snapshots, only to have King Julien critique the photo and break it into a puzzle.
