Square Enix’s science-fiction strategy series returns with enhancements to its single player campaign and online multiplayer.

Set decades into the future, Supreme Commander 2 once again puts players in charge of their own mass armies, with customisable war machines and new technology at their disposal on the battlefield. Three unique factions are on offer, each with their own differing storylines that add extra emotional impact to the single player campaign. Once a faction commander has been chosen, players can work their way through 18 individual missions in battle against each remaining faction leader.

With units available via air, sea or land spread across each expansive environment, Supreme Commander 2 allows its futuristic battles to be played out on a huge scale. Players can now upgrade weapons and technology during each encounter and place them onto the field instantly. Experimental war machines can also be deployed during each conflict, radically affecting the outcome of a match.

Supreme Commander 2 streamlines the already popular strategy series with more dramatic sci-fi weaponry and battlefields, as well as a fluid new gameplay interface.
