Synopsis

Players can create their own Renaissance kingdom in this return to the Settlers strategy series from Ubisoft.

Based in the lush fields and open forestry of the early Renaissance, Settlers 7 - Paths to a Kingdom allows players to create their own idyllic kingdoms from scratch within a middle-European landscape. Starting with a small village where local Settlers work to produce their own goods, players can slowly build their land sector by sector, increasing their population and productivity along the way. In order to help their kingdom prosper, players can build powerful armies to face nearby opponents, focus on upgrading new technologies or gain access to local trade routes to increase their wealth.

During the single player campaign, players follow Princess Zoe as she strives to save the kingdom of Tandarin from its usurpers and restore it to a prosperous and healthy realm. Players can also face computer-controlled opponents in Skirmish mode to explore different strategies before facing human adversaries online.
