The Sims are let out of the house in this healthy expansion to The Sims 3, giving players access to a host of late-night activities for their Sims to enjoy.

EA’s long-running Sims series has generally kept its focus firmly on the Sims and their lives in the home. The Sims 3 - Late Night looks to change that, opening up a selection of late-night hot spots for The Sims to enjoy after hours. From a casual night at the bar to spending the evening hanging out with celebrities, a host of activities are on offer for Sims once they leave the house.

The whole range of nightlife locations are on offer, from dingy bars to exotic night clubs and lounges, each complete with their own bouncers on hand to keep the peace. As players explore each hot spot they can gain fame and fortune, taking on the role of a rockstar, director or local celebrity. Sims will ultimately gain access to a number of VIP-only venues, with perks such as luxury hot tubs and exotic cars available.

Sims 3 - Late Night expands on the already in-depth world of The Sims, allowing players to explore their Sims’ lives out of the house.
