Synopsis

The sector of Aurelia enters turbulent battle once again in this instalment of the long-running real-time strategy series from THQ.

Set ten years after the events of the last Dawn of War II title, Chaos Rising, Retribution sees the races of the sector battle for dominance once again, each deciding the fate of the zone itself. For the first time in the Dawn of War II series, players can now play through a new single player campaign from the perspective of their chosen race. Players can also upgrade their heroes during the main campaign, unlocking new buildable units and features that can be used in battle against other alien races.

Dawn of War II’s multiplayer has been upgraded, allowing players to choose from six multiplayer races in total, each with their own unique abilities and super heavy units. The same sense of scale the Dawn of War series is known for remains intact, seeing countless units head into battle across war-torn plains.

Warhammer 40,000 - Dawn of War II: Retribution continues the series’ ongoing saga with a wide selection of races, alongside a typically robust multiplayer component.
