Synopsis
Get active in your own front lounge with Family Trainer, the Wii fitness title from Atari.
Those who are familiar with titles such as Wii Fit should be right at home with Family Trainer, which uses its own foldaway mat to physically involve each player. 15 simple challenges have been included and are designed to give players an active workout as they play. These challenges include dodgy the logs, raging river rapids, labyrinth, stomp the mole and climb the beanstalk, all of which use the Family Trainer mat during gameplay.
There are four main gameplay modes in Family Trainer: a typical single player mode, giving player exercise alone, and 3 multiplayer modes - Battle, Team and Relay. There is also a simultaneous two player mode that allows two players to work together on the same Family Trainer mat. Once a player’s workout is complete, Personal Performance reports will grade a player on their work thus far, awarding points which measure individual progress.
In a similar vein to Wii Fit, Family Trainer will involve family and friends in active, fun gameplay, giving all involved a workout along the way.
