The Ryder Cup takes centre stage in this 2011 edition of the long-running Tiger Woods Golf series from EA Sports.

Bringing together the best European and American golfers for team competitions, The Ryder Cup is one of sport’s most prestigious events. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 focuses on this competition, allowing players to choose players from the U.S. and European squad and compete in various Ryder Cup competition formats. These include foursomes, where players each hit alternate shots, fourballs and more traditional singles matches where players go head-to-head. When golfing offline, players also have the ability to switch between various ongoing games, helping to decide the outcome of each Ryder Cup match in progress.

Enhanced swing mechanics utilize the Wii MotionPlus peripheral to help create a fluid and responsive swing for players, reading rotation, angle and point of contact as players make each hit. True View also gives players access to a first-person perspective that follows the ball from the tee box to the putting green.
