Synopsis

Using the included motion-tracking camera, players can work out to their own personalised routines in this fitness title from Ubisoft.

Ubisoft’s venture into the world of video game fitness removes the need for any extra handheld peripherals, instead utilizing Ubisoft’s motion-tracking camera to scan players and carefully monitor their every movement during workouts. Your Shape’s in-game workout buddy will motivate and guide players as they work towards their chosen goals, while coaching them to ensure each exercise is performed correctly. Players can alter their workout schedules to match their body type, fitness targets and personal schedule.

More than 400 exercises are available in total, each designed to help players reach their specific fitness goals, such as slimming stomachs or strengthening arms. Although Your Shape works without any additional fitness tools, players can use their own fitness equipment during each session and see it integrated into routines. Once players are happy with their new-found levels of fitness they can assess their progress using the physical challenge test.
