Synopsis

Capcom’s motorsport series races in a new direction in this MotoGP simulation spread across both the 2009 and 2010 seasons.

Moving away from its simulation roots and towards a more accessible form of racing, MotoGP 09/10 takes its cues from arcade racers such as Project Gotham Racing by rewarding players for their racing style as well as their final position on the podium. Now focusing on two years of Motorsport, MotoGP 09/10 provides all the riders, tracks and teams from the official 2009 season, while letting players download content from the 2010 season as it progresses and keep races fully up-to-date.

In an all-new arcade mode, players can race against strict time limit challenges across a variety of tracks. Those who take chances on the track will be rewarded with time bonuses, but risk losing control of their bike. Players looking for a more traditional MotoGP experience can enter career mode and attempt to build a successful team throughout the season. A robust online mode allows players to test their newfound talents against others.

MotoGP 09/10 marks a slight departure for the series’ usually simulation-focused racing, providing a more accessible and rewarding MotoGP experience in its place.
