Synopsis

Jigsaw strikes again in this third-person survival horror title based on the terrifying horror film franchise.

Taking place between SAW and SAW II, players assume the role of Detective David Tapp as he hunts to bring jigsaw to justice after the death of his wife. Awaking in an abandoned asylum, Tapp quickly finds himself trapped in one of Jigsaw’s twisted mind games. Tapp must attempt to survive a series of lethal traps while fending off Jigsaw’s minions and tracking down the man responsible. Many of the mysteries left unanswered in the first two SAW films are laid to rest, including the origin of Jigsaw himself and the fate of characters from the original SAW.

With a line of innocent victims also caught in his lair, players must race against time to solve Jigsaw’s puzzles and save those trapped from the gruesome death Jigsaw has chosen for them. Players will have to make painful moral decisions quickly, and ultimately decide the fate of Jigsaw’s victims.

SAW captures the brutal, gruesome horror that the SAW films provide, filling in many of the films’ unanswered questions with its own original storyline.
