Synopsis
A new twist on the Spider-Man series, Friend or Foe has Spider-Man fighting with, and alongside, heroes and villains from the Marvel universe.
Friend or Foe takes a new direction with the Spider-Man games. Instead of being based on the films (like some of the most recent iterations), it has Spider-Man having to fight and then recruit his enemies as they band together to fight a common evil. While not being based on the films, the game is inspired by them, and some signature scenes containing baddies such as Venom and Doc Ock have been recreated with a comedic element.
An action-packed fighting adventure, the game gives players the opportunity to go through alone or accompanied by a friend. With one person controlling Spider-Man and the other one of 13 playable sidekicks, Friend or Foe has gamers battling their way through a multitude of diverse levels. The in-depth combat system allows players to utilise each character’s strengths against enemies, and Spider-Man and his sidekick can unleash powerful Hero attacks to devastate opponents.
Spider-Man - Friend or Foe is a nice change of pace from the other games, providing an over-the-top cartoon experience that can be enjoyed by gamers young and old.

- Choose a sidekick from your allies - Pick from a long list of Spider-Man's allies like Blade, Ironfist and Prowler, and swap between sidekicks at any time. Spider-Man and any chosen sidekick can unleash lethal combos against opponents.
- Fight against movie villains, then alongside - Face off against infamous movie villains using an innovative combat system. Combat Doc Ock in his lab, Sandman in a construction site, and Green Goblin on the rooftop of Oscorp. Then turn bad guys into good. Once defeated, they become your sidekicks.

- Come back for more, again and again - Replay each chapter with a different sidekick and eventually with Black-Suited Spider-Man. Unlock additional characters such as New Goblin and Silver Sable. Fight in diverse worlds, from an island jungle and a New York training ground to Transylvania and Nepal.
