Synopsis

The world of platforming has been combined with the online games community to create an always changing multiplayer experience.

With its handmade feel and cartoon style characters, LittleBigPlanet has a charming and casual look, but its creative tools contain a real depth that allows players to join together and create their own platforming stages to challenge others or simply give them a playground to explore. Each world is made from recognizable materials, and each reacts realistically. Carefully placed balls will roll across stages, or springs can be used to help players reach ledges. These handmade environments are only limited by the creativity of LittleBigPlanet’s community - new stages and maps could well be never ending and are shared easily with others.

Those hoping for further obstacles will be able to visit each unique location in the main adventure mode to complete challenges, collect items or race against the clock. Most importantly, each map can also be tackled online or on the same console with up to four players, either co-operatively or competitively.
